Our Enrollment Process
We’ve designed our enrollment process to be simple, transparent, and supportive for families. Below is an overview of what to expect when enrolling at our center.
STEP ONE
Schedule a Tour
Families are encouraged to begin the enrollment process by scheduling a tour at our center. Tours provide an opportunity to explore our learning environment, observe classrooms, meet members of our leadership team, and ask questions about our program structure, daily routines, and expectations.
Tours are offered by appointment and allow us to ensure that our program is the right fit for both the child and the family
STEP TWO
Confirm Enrollment Interest
If a family is interested in enrollment, we will collect basic contact and care information either during the tour or shortly after the visit. This includes the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, and a preferred start date or date range.
If placement is not confirmed during the tour, our team will follow up with families once availability becomes clear or additional information is needed. This allows us to maintain accurate communication while ensuring thoughtful placement for each child.
Expressing interest does not guarantee enrollment, but it allows us to continue the admissions conversation and provide timely updates.
STEP THREE
Complete Enrollment Application
Once placement is offered, families will be added to our Brightwheel system. Through Brightwheel, families will receive access to our official admissions packet and all required enrollment documents, which are completed entirely online.
The admissions packet includes the enrollment application, request for guardian identification, immunization records, vehicle emergency authorization form, and other required enrollment forms. Families will also receive access to the Parent Handbook and School Calendar for review and acknowledgment.
All documents must be completed and submitted through Brightwheel. Our team will review submitted materials to ensure completeness before enrollment is finalized and a start date is confirmed.
STEP FOUR
Confirm Placement
and Prepare For Your Child's Start
Once all required enrollment documentation has been submitted and reviewed, our team will confirm your child’s classroom placement and official start date. Families will receive final enrollment details, including tuition expectations, billing setup information, and important start-day guidance.
Prior to your child’s first day, families will also receive welcome information designed to support a smooth transition into our school community, including classroom details, daily routines, and communication guidelines. We look forward to partnering with your family and supporting your child’s growth, development, and success from day one.
